“I was very fortunate to have been selected to go on the fantastic Seville trip. It was especially exciting how we got to learn something new every day, especially about Spanish culture.

We visited famous places in Seville, my favourite was the beautiful Catedral de Santa María de la Sede, which translated into English is the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the See. It is the 4th largest cathedral in the world, and it was fascinating to learn about all the different statues and artefacts kept there.

One of my favourite parts about the trip was the food. We had the pleasure of enjoying lovely tapas in the centre of Seville, where we tried several traditional Spanish meals such as paella, patatas bravas and so many more. It was very enjoyable trying all these different foods and also learning about the background of how they came about. The trip to Seville this year was one of the best school trips I have been on, and I am very grateful for all of the wonderful experiences.”
