Over 40 students in the cast and more behind the scenes, a live nine-piece rock band, the lights, the props, the costumes, the set and staging are just some of the reasons to clear the diary and head to the Walkfares Canopy on the evenings of Friday 9 July at 7.00pm and Saturday 10 July at the earlier time of 6.00pm.

For all parents, guardians, relatives and friends, tickets are on sale from Friday 2 July. There will be an email sent giving full details of how to book, how we have made the venue as Covid-secure as possible and how you can support endeavours to keep performers and audiences safe and healthy.

Footloose sizzles with spirit, fun and choreography, not to mention the classic 80s hits such as Holding Out For A Hero, Almost Paradise, Let’s Hear It For The Boy and of course the unforgettable title track, Footloose. Through it all, is a powerful message that music and faith can go hand in hand to bring hope and restoration in the face of seemingly unending sadness or insurmountable problems. See you there!
