On Friday 5 May 2023, we held our official opening of the Prep Library following its recent transformation, with Mrs Jeffrey cutting the red ribbon. Our Librarian, Ms Adams, and our Year 6 Library Prefects, Albert S, Amelia M and Alfie H proudly showed off our new look Library.

The transformation included an upgrade to the non-fiction area, with a brand-new television and new shelving, allowing an improved showcasing of books for children to choose from, whilst allowing extra room for interactive classes using the television.

Ms Adams said: “Pupils have continued to enjoy our new non-fiction area, so generously funded by our New Hall Parents’ Association, and there has been a significant increase in books issued from this collection.”
