NURSERY DIVISION 2026/27


INCLUSIVE FEES
Fees include lunch, morning and afternoon snack and supper, as appropriate to attendance. Specialist lessons are included in Pre-School. The fees include personal accident & dental accident insurance. Fees exclude nappies and formula milk, to be provided in cartons.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- Breakfast sessions: Breakfast sessions from 7.30am-8.00am may be available at a charge of £12.00 per day, including breakfast.
- Late pick-up: A supplementary charge will be made for late pick-up, exceeding 15 minutes, of £36.00 for every 30 minutes.
- Co-curriculum: Details of dance and sports coaching are available separately.
- Holiday Activity Scheme: This scheme is available on a full-time or part-time basis for Pre-School pupils. Fees for attendance at the Holiday Activity Scheme are available on request.
PREPARATORY DIVISIONS 2026/27


For each night boarding, supper and breakfast the following day is included in the boarding fee.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
- School lunches: Parents have the option to purchase a School lunch on a termly basis and will be invoiced termly in arrears. A lunch on weekdays costs £782pa, and on weekends costs £312.80pa.
- Breakfast/Supper Club: For Day students, ad-hoc breakfast and supper clubs can be booked via Evolve.
- After School Care: After School Care is available between 5.30pm and 6.00pm at a charge of £10 per day.
- Late pick-up: A supplementary charge will be made for late pick-up of £36 for every 30 minutes.
- Text books & educational resources: Charges may be made for certain text books/i-books and resources that are not returned in good condition at the end of the academic year. Charges will also be payable for damaged or lost iPads and accessories.
- Additional tuition: Details of additional charges are available on request for any 1:1 lessons within the core curriculum, and for lessons in subjects that are beyond the normal curriculum.
- English Language Academy, including preparation for IELTS: £995 per term, plus examination fees. Extra one-to-one English Language support is available at an additional charge of £500 per term (typically one 50-minute lesson per week).
- Co-curriculum: Details of music, dance, Trinity Speech & Drama, and sports coaching are available separately.

Taxes and Levies
Current government guidance states that VAT will be applied to School fees including boarding at a rate of 20% from 1 January 2025 for children of compulsory school age and Sixth Form.
Fees quoted above are inclusive of VAT at 20% from Lent Term 2025 in line with the above government guidance. The above fees are exclusive of any other levies or taxes which the government might choose to add.
Fees in Advance Scheme
New Hall School operates a Fees in Advance Scheme to provide a method where the cost of a child’s education at the School can be reduced by making an advance lump sum payment.
Sibling Discount
A sibling discount is available for the 3rd and 4th + child at New Hall School. The discount is 10% for the 3rd child and 15% for the 4th + child within one family. The discount is always applied to the youngest child. The discount is applicable only for the period of time that the relevant siblings are at New Hall School.
School Lunches
Parents have the option to purchase a 3-course lunch on a termly basis; this is invoiced termly in arrears. For Preparatory Division pupils, lunch costs £4.20 per day or £652.00pa. For Senior Division students, lunch costs £4.40 per day or £692.75pa.
Examinations and EAL
The examination boards charge an entry fee for all public examinations. These charges will be added to fee accounts when students are entered for these examinations. For international students, there is an additional charge of £827pa, plus examination fees, per annum; should they require to study English as an Additional Language.
Direct debit
Fee payment is by Direct Debit only, over a 10 month period 1 August to 1 April. Information to arrange a Direct Debit Instruction will be sent to you by the Finance Department.
School Fee Plan
In association with School Fee Plan, we are pleased to be able to offer parents the option of spreading the cost of school fees and any extras over 12 months by monthly Direct Debit. You can apply online here to pay your school fees by monthly instalments*. Once approved, we will notify School Fee Plan of your termly fees, including any extras. Should you have any scholarships or bursaries, these will also be reflected.
*Credit is subject to status. Terms and conditions apply.
Overseas parents/guardians
Regrettably, we cannot offer Direct Debit to our overseas parents and guardians. Instead, you can use Flywire for bank transfer, credit card and other local payment options. Alternatively, please contact the Finance Department via schoolfees@newhallschool.co.uk for further advice.
