Pastoral

Children learn best when they feel safe, happy and secure and this is the environment we create for the pupils in the Preparatory School. The Behaviour Policy is based on positive discipline and revolves around three rights and responsibilities:

-  The right to be respected and the responsibility to respect others.

- The right to learn and the right to help others to learn so that our God-given talents can be fully developed.

- The right to be safe and the responsibility to keep others safe, because everyone in our school family is special.

These enable us to live out our Mission Statement, fostering the Gospel values of love, respect and tolerance for others.

Good behaviour and polite manners are expected and rewarded. Unacceptable behaviour is taken seriously and dealt with promptly.

Small classes are taught by class teachers who encourage the emotional, social and physical, creative and intellectual development of every child.
