Swimming Coaching Session with Nick Gillingham MBE
On Sunday 26 September, Nick Gillingham MBE, the Commonwealth Gold and Olympic Silver medallist held coaching sessions at the New Hall pool, on the art of butterfly stroke. A total of 32 swimmers from all over the South East attended, including Lucy Greenwood (6S), along with Evangelina Fisher (Year 11) and Arran Rae (Year 10). Nick also spoke to the swimmers about the importance of nutrition and motivation. He kindly signed autographs and showed off all of his medals!
