Students at New Hall achieve 5 golds at the Junior Maths Challenge
Students at New Hall received the School's best ever Junior Maths Challenge results achieving 5 golds (top 6% nationally), 9 silvers & 11 bronzes in the National Competition.
In total 25 out of 34 pupils won a medal, this is a fantastic achievement as they needed to be in the top 20% to do so.
Oliver Morgan achieved gold and also had the highest result in School. The other 4 golds were awarded to Rebecca Coughlan, Pippa O’Riley, Lucy Ashfield and Anna Acevedo.
The silvers went to Felix Flechtner, Deborah Beach, Rebecca Maloney, Alice Baxter, Cherie Knight, Hannah Gardner, Iain Porter, Catherine Gilbert and Mayowa Oriowa.
The bronzes went to James Summers, Coran Allen, Tara King, Thomas Macfarlane, Alex Harker, Tilly Robb, Matthew Crawley, William Freake, James Anderson, Francesca Bazley and Robert Mckay.
