NHVS Fashion Show

The annual New Hall Voluntary Service Fashion Show took place on Wednesday 14 March in the North Room and Eaton Theatre. The school was transformed into a red carpet suitable for Hollywood. There was champagne and pink lemonade on offer with delicious canapés before everyone watched a fantastic fashion show, with clothing kindly donated by Mrs Susan Brennan at Bravado. The models hair was professionally styled courtesy of David John, Chelmsford. All the clothes were sold at the end of the show and there were fantastic prizes on offer in the raffle. It was a magical evening, enjoyed by all.

Most importantly, the evening rose over £3000, which will go towards supporting the NHVS children’s holiday.

Thank you to everyone that helped to organise this wonderful event. Thanks also go to our wonderful Cookery department who produced 200 individual cakes with a film theme, which were thoroughly enjoyed by all.



The Fashion Show also served as a wonderful opportunity for the GCSE Photography students to gain industry experience. Acting as our official fashion photographers, Dominie Rodino, Ruth Alderton, Daisy Perez and Olivia Gills-Galpin did a fantastic job recording the event and were truly a credit to the Art and Design department.
