NHVS Children's Holiday Appeal

24 New Hall students will be remaining in school for the first week of their summer holiday to play host to 20 disadvantaged children, aged between 6 to 8 years old.

The children who come to visit us each year are from the Tottenham and Leyton areas of London and children from a local primary school in Chelmsford. The boys and girls are selected by their school on the basis that they live under stressed conditions and probably would not expect to have a holiday.

The NHVS Fashion Show made an excellent contribution raising over £2,000 however we are still in need of indoor games and, in particular, the larger outdoor toys i.e. goal posts, swing ball, space hoppers etc. If anyone is able to donate items, we would be very grateful.

Nearer the time we will be asking for any donations of children’s clothes, plus cakes, biscuits, cartons of drink and bottles of squash.
