National Anti-Bullying Week
The Preparatory School Council hosted a school assembly on Wednesday to bring attention to Anti-Bullying Week. They shared a very important message with a twist on the old saying ‘Sticks and stones can break your bones, but names can never hurt you’. They spoke about times when they had been called names or excluded from games and how this had hurt their feelings. Thank you to Mrs Smith and the School Council for their efforts in organising this assembly and reiterating the important message to all children to ‘Say No to Bullying’.
Poster Competition
Thank you to all the pupils in KS1 and KS2 who have designed a poster for the School Council’s ‘Say No to Bullying’ competition. There were some fantastic entries and winners will be announced early next week.
