Philippa Rose, Chief Executive of the Rose Partnership
Philippa Rose founded The Rose Partnership, an executive search business specialising in financial services, in 1981. The Rose Partnership was voted the top search firm in financial services in Europe by the Economist Intelligence Unit in 2000. In 2002 The Rose Partnership featured in the 'Fast Track 100' (top one hundred UK private companies, ranked by rate of profit growth over 3 years, sponsored by Sunday Times and PriceWaterhouseCoopers).
Philippa herself specialises in searches for senior management positions and senior roles in Corporate Finance and Fund Management. She has run searches all over Europe, but particularly in Germany, France, Italy and Spain. She speaks French and Italian and has been recognised as one of the leading financial services search consultants in Europe.
Philippa attended New Hall School from 1969 to 1976.
